  • Analysis and management of all staff
  • To make sure that employees adhere to all company rules and regulations
  • Accounting Functions – financial statements, management reporting, and administration.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Keep track and reports of all staff duties such as leave and formulate necessary disciplinary actions when directed.
  • Supervise all duties that may be assigned to all junior staff
  • Carry out payroll activities when necessary
Requirements
  • Proficient Computer skills and knowledge
  • Must possess interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of OND.
  • Must be smart, attentive to detail, and be able to multitask.
  • FEMALES only.
  • Must Live within Yaba,Ikeja,Maryland axis
