  • A school located in Lagos is in need of an Administrative Secretary/officer.
  • She must be a young lady between the ages of 27 35 years . Must reside in Yaba, Ikeja, Ogba, Magodo, or Ketu.
  • Administration of company databases
  • A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
  • We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools. Must also, have a successful marketing skill to generate and convert leads to registered, paying and loyal families (parents/guardians and children/wards).
  • Ultimately, the candidate should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms, event halls and vendors as required.
  • Attend to customers when required
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, proposals and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for excursion trips when necessary.

Educational Qualification
  • OND/HND/Bsc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

  • Must have adequate knowledge and skills in Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Leadership skill, Teaching.
  • Must know how to connect and work with children very well.
  • Must be friendly with children but at the same time strategic in knowing how to manage children effectively.

  • Nursery and early years teachers help to nurture and develop the knowledge, abilities, and social skills of children from three to five years old and to help to prepare them for primary school education
  • She must be a young lady between the ages of 25 - 35 years . Must reside in Yaba, Ikeja, Ogba, Magodo, or Ketu.

Roles & Responsibilities Typical responsibilities of the job include:
  • Developing and implementing lessons and work schemes, using the Early Years Foundation Stage as a framework
  • Liaising with parents, guardians and professionals such as speech therapists, phonologist and health visitors
  • Maintaining records
  • Monitoring and recording progress of each child.
  • Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
  • Organizing and supervising play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, playtime, circle time, dancing etc)

Educational Qualification /Background
  • Must have early years teacher status (EYTS).
  • Must have training in phonics.
