Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikeja Lagos,
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all customers, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
  • Main duties include managing office stock, selling company product online, telesales and marketing, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
  • If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders on behalf of customers
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meetings to showcase products
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Create content and sell company product on Social Media
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and customers

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification
  • Must have 1-3 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
