We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market presence and customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects from proposal to delivery.

Building Internal and External Relationships:

  • Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen relationships and enhance company growth.
  • Manage customer relations to improve visibility and reputation.
  • Explore potential partnerships and market expansion opportunities.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Track and report on business development performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness or engineering sector.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
