Business Manager Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Business Manager:

  • MA in Business Management or similar relevant field
  • Previous working experience as business manager for (x) years
  • In-depth knowledge of various business operations
  • Hands-on experience with different databases and complex IT systems
  • In-depth knowledge of different research and data analysis procedures and methods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
