Job Title:   Sales Officer

Job Summary:
  • H/She is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to the existent and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Assist in developing and executing sales targets within target accounts
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company's products and services
  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients
Key skills and experience
  • Minimum of 2 year successful B2B sales experience is required, preferably in the mobile industry

Job Title:  R&D Manager (Seasoning & Spices)
Job Summary:
  • To assist in the R&D projects of the company. Upgrading the lab scale projects to commercial production.
Key Accountabilities:
  • New Product Commercialization.
  • Planning and Execution of Projects within Target date.
  • Conducting multiple trials and product finalization.
  • Commercialization of R&D Projects.
  • Coordinate for capex requirements.
  • Identify, shortlist and negotiate terms with vendors for equipment and raw materials.
  • Coordinate for equipment connectivity to plants.
  • New SKU Manufacturing: Coordinate with packaging to undertake change requirements for new SKU as per requirement.
  • Direct and mentor the R&D department team to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
Requirements:               
  • B.Tech/M.Tech from any reputed Institute in Food/Dairy or related field.
  • 4-6 years, R & D experience in Seasoning & Spices.
  • Knowledge of Product Development.
  • Ingredients usage and properties of ingredients.
  • Commercialization of lab scale product.
  • TQM, ISO Quality systems exposure.
  • Knowledge in Packaging material quality.
  • Knowledge of test procedures.
  • Statistical tools usage.



Job Title:   Regional Sales Manager (Foods)
Job Summary:
  • To carry out all sales activities within the region in order to meet set targets.
Responsibilities:
  • To ensure a harmonious relationship with company’s various distribution channels and institutional customers to achieve set target.
  • To source for viable prospects in the region.
  • To maintain a hitch-free delivery to the customers and strive to resolve complaint within 24 hours, if they arise.
  • Monitor stock levels of customers for prompt replenishment, to avoid stock-outs.
  • Coordinate marketing event/promotion to create awareness and enhance sales volume.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of the region/affairs of the customer service executives as well as other employees.
  • Embark on field accompaniments and carryout on-the job training for subordinates, as appropriate.
Requirements/Qualification:
  • A first degree or HND related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in consumer foods.
  • Capability to work within a multicultural team
  • Language capabilities: Fluent in English; majors local dialects will be a plus
  • Communication and diplomacy skills
