Job Title: Finance Manager


Job Description 
Responsible for managing the overall financial plans and accounting practices within the Group, as well as manage the entire finance team. The jobholder will provide comprehensive financial information needed for sound business decision making to the relevant stakeholders. The incumbent will serve as a strategic thought-partner, report to the Lead Consultant and oversee all financial related activities of the organisation.   

 Responsibilities

     Working Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Conventions

  • · In-depth Knowledge of typical financial regulations to the consulting environment.
  • · Sound Business Acumen
  • · Knowledge of Payroll Systems and Processes
  • · Proficiency in the use of Accounting Package
  • · Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package
  • · Proficiency in Project Management
  • · Effective Written Communication and Presentation Skills
  • · Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
  • · Excellent Decision Making and Leadership Skills
  • · Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Qualifications and Requirements
  • · Minimum of BSc in Accounting.
  • · A professional certification in ICAN or ACCA is mandatory
  • · Must have at least 5 years’ cognate experience, two (2) of which must have been in a managerial position
  • · Practical accounting experience in a consulting environment will be an added advantage. 


Job Title:  Graphic Artist
Job Description 
  • The job holder will be responsible for developing and designing major/minor concepts; 
  • plan and interpret materials/briefs to produce designs and visual representations for the commercial needs of the organisation. 
  • He/She will produce world class designs, concepts and brand accessories that will further reinforce company’s commitment to exceptional service delivery and maximum value creation. 
  • He/She will also be responsible for creation, implementation, testing, revising, as well as engaging high quality e-learning materials to be used by the firm, thus positioning it as a leading E-learning provider.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • · First degree in any discipline
  • · Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience with an in-depth knowledge of relational database design and management systems.
  • · Strong IT capabilities in range of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Corel draw and comfortable and graphics application packages
  • · Knowledge of branding
  • · Basic Knowledge of project management and execution.
  • Knowledge of photography and designs



Job Title:   Consultant, Strategy and Organisational Design
Job Description
  • The job holder will be responsible for delivery of client engagement efforts across the various organisational spectrums including Organisational & Human Capital Effectiveness, Financial Analysis & Modeling and Learning & Development.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are delivered according to quality within specified turnaround time.

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description
  • The jobholder will be responsible for development and implementation of business development strategies and marketing initiatives to enable the organisation meet its corporate goals in terms of sales of the company’s learning and development solutions.
  • He/She will provide advisory to client on trainings that matches the their needs; maintain relationship with existing clients as well as test, track and evaluate results of all marketing initiatives.

  • · First degree in any relevant discipline with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • · Minimum of 2 years’ cognate work experience in marketing services or Training Solutions·
  • · Experience working in a consulting firm will be an added advantage·

  • · Strong relationship management skills 



Job Title:  Payroll Officer
Job Description 
Responsible for performing variety of complex accounting functions in the preparation, processing, maintenance, verification and reconciliation of employee leave information, payroll/benefit records and payment of remittances.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to payroll processing

Qualifications and Requirements
  • B.A or B.Sc. degree in Accounting or finance related / numerate discipline.
  • At least one year experience in payroll management for a small or medium sized enterprise is required.
  • Ability to manage payroll using a data management software or information system is an added advantage.



Job Title:   Team Member, Finance
Job Description
  • The job holder will be responsible for managing the day to day finance related activities within the Group.
  • He/She will provide support to the Head, Finance & Accounts by managing certain financial responsibilities and providing comprehensive financial information needed for sound business decision making to the stakeholders.
