Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-net-worth clients with comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Conducting detailed financial planning and analysis, assessing clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external experts, including attorneys, accountants, and investment managers, to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
  • Staying informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide well-rounded, strategic advice.
  • Achieving or exceeding business development and revenue growth targets.
  • Developing and implementing personalized financial plans, encompassing investment, tax, estate, and retirement planning.
  • Managing client portfolios through ongoing monitoring, asset allocation, security selection, and performance reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or CAIA are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in financial planning software and investment analysis tools.
  • A pre-existing clientele list is a significant asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
