Job Title: Visa Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a Visa Officer who will be responsible for processing and managing visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• The Visa Officer will work closely with applicants, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate smooth visa processes. In addition, they will be responsible for the day to day administration of visa compliance, such as the creation of CAS’s or application of study visa letters for various countries.
• You will provide information about visa requirements and advice students on requirements.
• You will work closely with other members of the admissions team and with counselors to ensure an efficient application process for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

•  Receive and review visa applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify supporting documents and information provided by applicants.
• Ensure all applications adhere to relevant immigration laws and policies.
• Write compelling and well-structured Statements of Purpose SOP) tailored to individual students' study abroad goals and visa requirements.
• Arrange documents in a professional and organized manner to present a comprehensive and convincing visa application.
• Conducting in-depth analyses of client profiles.
• Guide and support students throughout the visa application process, providing accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
• Assist students in preparing necessary documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to visa regulations.

Requirements

• 2 +years of experience tangible Visa experience
• Should have cumulative of 50+successful visa issued for UK, USA, Ireland and/or Australia. 
• Should be conversant with different visa requirements and strong preference for multiple markets.  Canada experience not required.
• Computer skills in MS Windows, the internet, browsers and search engines, email, word processing, data entry, and CRM.
• Should have very good communication skills in English
• Should be keen to detail
• Should have worked with targets and objectives in previous organizations.
• Knowledge and experience or adaptable to working with a diverse student population
• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
