We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo Professional Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
  • Filling of application form
  • Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
  • Sending out tickets to clients
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • Dealing with complaints.
Requirements
  • Successful candidate must live in Lagos
  • 1 to 3 years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role with at a supervisory experience.
  • With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
Training and Knowledge:
  • Amadeus or Saber - courses in reservations and ticketing (A must)
  • Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course
  • Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions
  • Coaching skills
  • Good written and oral English language skills
  • Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

  • They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
  • They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Qualifications
