Job Title: General Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Hospitality Management, Food Safety).

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in the Hospitality industry (Fine Dining Restaurant)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong customer service and relations skills
  • Good appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Male, aged 40 or above
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
