• Executing cleaning projects for one-off services
• Maintaining accurate records of the corrective and preventive maintenance undertaken
• Administering of special skills (e.g.First Aid) during emergency situations
• Maintain clients' grounds, physical infrastructure through beautification and improvement
• Involved in Kid Care, Old People Care and Pet Care
• Responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the client's home and/or offices are clean, neat, and tidy (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc)
• Cleaning of home and office areas like the kitchen, sitting rooms, bedrooms
• Organising and maintaining work and/or home spaces on a daily basis
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities and reporting
• Notify the client of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Qualifications

• Only Primary School Leaving Certificate, SSCE, NABTEB, Trade Test, OND or NCE are to apply
• No previous experience required, although previous experience will be an added advantage
• Age: 18 - 40 years
