Sarepta Nigeria Limited- Our core competency is designing viable partnerships for fostering foreign and domestic investment in key sectors of the Nigerian economy for growth We are recruiting for a Front Desk Officer, she will be the first point of contact for our company.     Job title: Front Desk Officer (Female) Location: Lekki, Ajah Job Type: Full-time Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls with politeness and dignity.
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients warmly.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
Requirements:
  •  Minimum of a Diploma or an OND in any related discipline
  •  Good Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and office systems
  •  Preferably female
  •  Team Player
  • Proficient in English
  • Computer savvy (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Age: Not above 32 years
  • Must reside in Lekki-Ajah environs
  Salary:
  • ₦35,000/monthly
