We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD Location: Lagos Job Description

• Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings; such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for executives, events and other meetings
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

Requirements

• Must reside around Fagba, Iju Axis
• Must be attentive to details
• Experience in a real estate organisation is an added advantage
• OND/HND/BSC
• Preferrably Male
• Must know how to drive
