Job Title: Senior Transport Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Transport officer to manage our growing fleet.
- The candidate will be responsible for distribution, planning and coordination of fleet maintenance activities.
- You must be well organized to manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations.
Duties and Tasks
- Strategically plan and manage transportation and customer services
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Catalog goods, plan routes and Monitor deliveries for efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train transport workforce- the truck drivers and mechanics
Requirements
- Possess sound background and requisite skills in truck maintenance
- Have university or polytechnic qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Have record of successful distribution and transport management
- Possess demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Possess proficient skills in transport and logistics software
- Have an excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Have ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide executive summaries of all marketing research reports.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation of market strategies to drive revenue and boost profitability.
- Establish effective Pan West African distribution network to ensure achievement of distribution and penetration objectives
- Monitor competition and commission market research/survey on trade and consumers insights.
- Maintain regular contact with manufacturers in the industry world-wide to ensure that the company is fully abreast with global marketing developments.
Experience and Educational Qualifications
- The candidate must be a university or polytechnic graduate of Food Technology or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years experience, 5 of which should be at Marketing Manager level in a FMCG beverages and drinks company.
- Additional academic and professional qualifications will be an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- a Must be ready to travel at short notice to any West African country
- Must be self-motivated and result driven
Competencies and Skills Requirements:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
