The corporate office and factory are located in Agege, Lagos, Nigeria. Spectra is a member of NASSI, IoD, and MAN and is registered with the NEPC and WFP. All products are SON and NAFDAC approved. Our product line includes Suco, Cocoa powder drink, Hyfiba, Fast-O-Meal, and Sobake.

Job Title: Product Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Description 

• As a Product Development Manager you are responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product, from initial concept to development and launch.
• This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, marketing, engineering, design, and operations, to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
• The PDM ensures that products are developed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's in Business, Engineering, Food Science and Tech, Product Design, or a related field.
• Typically 5-10 years of experience in product management, development, or FMCG, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications can be beneficial. (Optional but Preferred)
• Depending on the industry, prior experience in Food Science and Tech, manufacturing, or consumer goods can be valuable.
