We also create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of property development from the beginning to the end.     Job Title: Surveyor Chairman Location: Lagos Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support surveyors in field surveys.
  • Assist surveyors in drafting survey notes and detailed drawings.
  • Conduct on-field survey and record measurements.
  • Analyze calculation in accordance to the plot features.
  • Coordinate with other surveyors on field survey activities.
  • Collect samples of soil, water, oil for testing in a laboratory.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations relating to survey activities.
  • Maintain logs, reports and records in relevant databases.
  • Ensure compliance of established procedures and guidelines in survey activities.
  • Help surveyors determine the position, shape and elevation of the Earth's natural features, such as hills, valleys, vegetation, rivers and lakes.
  • Also determine property boundaries for parcels of land, building sites, reservoirs, roads and drainage systems
Requirements
  • Good powers of observation;
  • Able to work accurately and carefully
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Qualification: BSc/HND or minimum of OND and must be a Lagos Resident.
    Job Title: Training Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a training manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Qualification: BSc/HND or minimum of OND and must be a Lagos Resident.
    Job Title: Inventory Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities:
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as inventory officer or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable and trustworthy
