  • Direct and coordinate activities of sales representatives, marketers and company clients or customers.
  • Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on company’s objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Listening and managing complaints, maintain patronage and customer records and offer presentations to customers.
  • Monitoring sales and marketing performance as against set target.
  • Analyse daily sales and marketing reports
  • Estimate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Review sales performance of sales team with aim to improve underperformers.
  • Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
  • Recommend products/services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Developing effective sales and marketing campaigns and sales promotions
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability or credit terms.
  • Follow up on existing customers and look for potential customers
  • Consult with clients/customers after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Person Specification
  • B.Sc in Marketing or other related field
  • An experience in Automobile industry will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Marketing Executive
  • Computer literate including Microsoft excel, Microsoft word etc
  • Must be a good negotiator
  • Ability to prepare and give report to the Marketing Manager
  • Must reside on the Island
