Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Direct and coordinate activities of sales representatives, marketers and company clients or customers.
- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on company’s objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Listening and managing complaints, maintain patronage and customer records and offer presentations to customers.
- Monitoring sales and marketing performance as against set target.
- Analyse daily sales and marketing reports
- Estimate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Review sales performance of sales team with aim to improve underperformers.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
- Recommend products/services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Developing effective sales and marketing campaigns and sales promotions
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability or credit terms.
- Follow up on existing customers and look for potential customers
- Consult with clients/customers after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Person Specification
- B.Sc in Marketing or other related field
- An experience in Automobile industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Marketing Executive
- Computer literate including Microsoft excel, Microsoft word etc
- Must be a good negotiator
- Ability to prepare and give report to the Marketing Manager
- Must reside on the Island

- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability or credit terms.
- Follow up on existing customers and look for potential customers
- Consult with clients/customers after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
