  • We are urgently looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

Job Requirements
  • Min Required Experience: 2 years
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND

Other Requirements:
  • A Degree in English,Mass Communication, International Relation or any related course.
  • Candidates must have at least second class lower from any Reputable Institution.
  • Qualified Applicants must be Lagos Resident.
  • MS Office and English proficiency.
