Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate, goal-driven Candidate who will generate revenue for the company from its retail outlets and meet the outlets sales quotas.
- Conduct market research and identify target audience, business opportunities, evaluate customer needs and prospects
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Receive walk-in customers, identify client needs and attend to all inquiries
- Provide accurate information concerning products and service offerings
- Manage product orders and deliveries
- Ensure products are adequately stocked
- Cross-sell products to customers
- Develop and maintain the store customer base
- Source for clients online
- Revert customer feedback to the Supervisor/Customer Care Unit
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/OND

Job Title: Interior Designer & Quality Control Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a creative, stylish and detail-oriented candidate who will develop, implement and manage quality control systems, display design patterns; that are attractive and of high quality for clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle the stock display pattern across all store locations
- Work with the Supply Chain Officer on pattern specifications for supply; such as color, size
- Manage store arrangement on a regular basis, creating and maintaining an attractive ambience to clients
- Introduce new product designs
- Oversee production process to identify deviations from standard and effect corrective actions
- Inspect final output and ensure they meet acceptable quality standards
- Manage the packaging of items for delivery, ensuring standard quality is maintained
- Facilitate communications between productions and customer service departments by soliciting customer feedback o product quality
- Work with the Inventory Department to ensure proper storage of items in order to prevent storage defects
- Proactively detect/avoid/correct errors or defects before, during and after production
- Keep close monitor on competitors and new industry trends
- Develop and maintain quality control inspection schedule to the outlets and submitting useable reports to the Management
