  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to client’s inquiries and concerns and provide information to them.
Your duties as Customer Support Representative include:
  • Follow up on email inquiries from potential clients and work to set meetings with the sales team
  • Input & Handle data entry in the new customer service software
  • Responsible for updating and managing clients database
  • Support with additional customer service and work with the Finance Officer as needed
  • Send weekly updates on development around all our estates
  • Work with the site Manager to get weekly updates/ development within the estates
  • Send out weekly emails/ Newsletter/ updates to clients
  • Take phone calls and emails from clients/ real estate agents to answer questions regarding Landed properties.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solving abilities
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, preferably a client support role
  • Excellent communication skills are a must - both written and verbal!
  • Real Estate experience is a HUGE plus but not required
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Suite Skills are required
