Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Associate Consultant)

Job Description
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Ensure timely recruitment process for both in-house and clients.
- Verifies new hire’s background by contacting references.
- Maintains employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Ensure excellence management of in-house and open trainings.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Ensure prompt and periodic management of client’s staff confirmation/performance appraisal.
- Carry out orientation activities for client’s employees.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Carry out Business Development functions for the growth of the Organization.
- Continuous works with department to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the industry
- B.Sc/HND in Management related course.

Job Title: Business Development Personnel (Health)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Marketing for hospital among general physicians and bring referrals to hospital. Bring new patients to hospital and achieve revenue target.
- Maintain relationship with referring doctor and give feedback for their referred patient. Maintain harmony between our hospital and Partners,
- Marketing for corporate.
- Corporate visits, building relationship, increase footfall at hospital.
- Sign MOU’s agreement with corporate for hospital.
- Organize camps, health talks in corporate and engage them.
- Achieve footfall number target and revenue figures.
- Maintain relationship between hospital and partners.
- Follow-up for payment and close pending.
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Meet sales target.

Requirements
- 3 years core experience in insurance, HMO, Hospital is preferable
- Between Age 25 – 35 years.

We Offer
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Annual Gross Salary: NGN1,400,000 - 1,800,000.
