  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers of customers.
  • Handle product recalls/ Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications/ Requirements
  • Minimum of OND
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Title: Customer Service Representative - e-Commerce Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problems via email/ social media.
  • Review requests, contact customers to clarify requests, ensure all necessary information required to process requests are included and route such to the appropriate department.
  • Must be familiar with Web and Social platforms support and various system applications.
  • Document all customer complaints as appropriate and escalate, according to established standard operating procedures.
  • Rely on instructions and pre- established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Work under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND
  • Should possess excellent computer skills
  • Should be very active on social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc
  • Should possess excellent communication skills
