Job Title: Marketer

Job Description
- The Marketing Executive oversees day to day marketing activities for the marketing department.
Duties of the Marketing Executive
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
- Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Requirements of the Role
- Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong project management/organisational skills.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
- Understanding of customer segmentation.

Job Title: Process Improvement Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The process improvement manager position is responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives of the claims department.
Essential Functions

- Support development of, refine and document claims department policies and practices. develop and promote adoption within the organization of claims best practices.
- Implement smooth, speedy and efficient workflow in all areas of the claims department. coordinate with division workflow manager to coordinate the claims department’s imaging/workflow program and related systems to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Develop and manage claims department training and quality assurance, including supervision of the training coordinator and the quality assurance coordinator.
- Manage and monitor senior business analysts and claim system development, enhancements, process and system procedure guides.
- Assist vice president with managing, selecting and negotiating contracts, services and pricing for claims department vendors.
- Perform special studies and projects to improve claims assumptions, adjudication and practices.

Job Title: Direct Marketing Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The direct marketing manager oversees all aspects of direct marketing for an organisation from inception to the delivery of direct campaigns.
Duties
- Devising direct marketing campaigns in line with the organisation’s marketing strategy.
- Sending targeted campaigns to specific individuals based on lead scoring.
- Analysis of data with which to base campaigns on.
- Maintenance of the lead database ensuring all leads are fully qualified.
- Establishing criteria for the qualification of leads.
- Amending lead qualification following the analysis of campaign data.
- Making sure all direct marketing falls within brand guidelines.
- Ensuring all direct marketing campaigns stay within budget.
