Job Description
- We are looking for a Head of Sales and marketing whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and increase company revenue.
- She/he will be responsible for leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior sales engineers and monitoring performance as a whole.
- He/she will define and communicate the business’s KPIs and targets to junior and senior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyze patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business’s commercial performance
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services;
- Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets;
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Co-coordinating sales projects
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets;
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions;
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partner
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
- Guide preparation of sales and marketing activity reports and present to executive management;
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly;
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, and any other related filed
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of working experience in the same industry
- A solid technical background

Job Title: Modern Trade Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Modern Trade Executive will be focused on developing and maintaining a portfolio of products in designated modern trade.
- Also, the individual must be proficient in developing long-term and sustainable partnerships with selected customers and prospects. Additionally, the individual is responsible for sales activities that produce measurable bottom line sales results.
- Identify potential customers and approach them to increase sales
- Prospect for and manage sales into Special outlets in a Sales Territory as well as supervise the relationship between Trade Partners and their customers
- Manage sales into all Key accounts within a given Territory
- Manage the Merchandising, promotions and point of purchase activities that gives brand visibility
- Collect and interpret data for all Key accounts
- Build relationship with management of Key accounts to form a Partnership which will contribute to the achievement of set objectives in a territory
- Prospect for new accounts to increase sales channels and ultimately grow volume and value sales in a given Territory
- Implement all in-store and sampling activities in line with guidelines
- Implement all Trade Marketing activities in a given Territory

Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Serve client and employees, including teachers and school administrators, by handling day to day questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Assist in communicating company policies and procedures. Promote understanding within the organization and across the school operations.
- Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates, supporting hiring managers, and reporting recruiting statistics.
- Draft and update job descriptions; assist in classifying positions and/or reclassifying positions as needed.
- Lead employee on-boarding activities; answer employee questions and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization.
- Implement fingerprint-supported background checks and teaching certification of all applicable employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee questions, support claim resolution, and maintain related systems.
- Support the performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties, and process for promotion.
- Lead employee recreation and recognition programs.
- Maintain employee records.
- Responsible for new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management, and other similar degree.
- Five to eight years previous work experience as an HR Generalist or Senior Generalist.
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration;
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.
