Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients
- Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Mikado’s products and services
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients
- Assist the Head of Sales to drive sales forward in a competitive market, actively research and find new customers globally, identify customer needs and identify market trends
- Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors
- Collect product feedback, present ideas and improvements to the Development Team
Key Performance Indicators:
- Feedback from clients.
- New addition to the business.
- Profit from the projects.
- Set target and achievement of set target
- Satisfaction rate from the client perspective and the company’s perspective
Requirements
- Educated to a Degree level or HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated and the ability to work independently
- Ability to hit targets in a demanding, fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Processes check requests for office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
- Greets visitors
- Answer and disseminate calls
- Open and distribute mail
- Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings
- Serve as point person for organizing all large mailings
- Arrange and coordinate meetings as requested
- Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed
- Perform duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- OND or HND in Social Science or Communications.
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage and UPS.
- Good Planning and organizational skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Computer literacy, specifically MS word for windows.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- At least two years of previous experience in office management.
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Functions
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with management
- Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
- Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all Company’s products.
- Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
- Hold regular meeting with sales staff
- Collaborate with Managing Director or Executive Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

Requirements
- MBA is required.
