Job Title: Technical Surveying Manager
Location: Nigeria
Description
- We are looking for a dynamic Technical Surveying Manager who has extensive experience in the construction industry and is passionate about land surveying, water and waste water processing.
Key Performance Areas
- Develop partner understanding of strategic accounts;
- Help Strategic Accounts purchase the right product within the construction industry working with vertical buildings, mining or water/ waste water processing;
- Develop customers understanding of key Autodesk and Topcon products;
- Lead the regional Autodesk and Topcon Communities;
- Make valuable contact with Customers and demonstrate an ability to lead solution discussions;
- Develop customers understanding of key accounts in order to achieve results and specific customer goals;
- Teach the reseller technical community therefore growing overall skills through strong relationships to win new business and increase sales with existing customers;
- Forecast and Reporting using Salesforce.com and maintain high levels of accuracy;
- Provide weekly accurate reporting;
- Demonstrate an ability to sell additional Professional Services and provide training for targeted customers on leading hero products.

Job Title: Key & Strategic Account Sales Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Ideate Technologies has offices in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, and is looking for a dynamic Key and Strategic Account Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be a business graduate with a passion for coaching and sales development and have extensive experience working with diverse partners in a sales channel.
The Key Performance Areas are:
- Strong ability to profile and select key and strategic accounts for the business
- Demonstrate leadership in leading the account team in order to deliver agreed results
- Relationship development with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimization of customer relationships through strong experience in account management
- Demonstrate an ongoing ability of growing the customer use of products and purchase of additional products
- Strong in value-based selling and with an ability to engage different personas within an account including C-level management
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:
- A Civil Engineering Technical Degree or Diploma, or equivalent degree would be to your advantage;
- 5 years or more in an Account Management role with a vendor or channel partner in either consulting engineering or construction industries;
- 5 years or more experience in offering solutions that optimise or re-engineer consulting engineering, or construction workflows;
- Should have a solid understanding, and demonstrate the daily use of a recognized sales methodology. For example: value selling, Target Account Selling (TAS, Spin Selling, etc.)
- Strong business and financial acumen;
- A proficient user of Salesforce.com CRM
