Job Title: General Manager (Sales and Marketing)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Confers with the GMD and other management staff to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
- Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.
- Oversees operations/manufacturing and logistics departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
- Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth.
- Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets.
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Qualifications
- Reporting to Group Managing Director, the candidate must have a good B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics or related discipline from a recognized Institution with a recognized professional qualification or MBA. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10years cognate experience in FMCG or Cold Chain Management.
- The ideal candidate must be self-driven, forward looking and possess ability to work under pressure. In addition candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.
Remuneration
The position is in Senior Management level therefore remunerations attached are generous and in line with industry standard.
Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Customer Satisfaction)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop and implement an approved Sales and Customer Satisfaction plan annually.
- Supervise and manage field force activities to ensure achievement of set objectives
- To take direct responsibility for key accounts to ensure that long term customer relationship is maintained so as to achieve the goals of the company.
- To ensure discipline and compliance to sales rules, ethics, standard operation in the sales department
- To constantly update management on market and competitive updates
- To achieve cost objectives and take steps in reducing sales cost
- Organize activities relating to sales promotion
- Render weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer satisfaction performance report to the AGM Sales and Marketing.
- To ensure regular weekly and monthly field reports on sales, customer and competition are sent in by all members on the field.
- To develop a national/global territorial plan to ensure appropriate structure, optimal manning and effective coverage by supervising salesmen’s tours, allocate sales territories, fix sales quotas of each salesmen and check compliance from time to time.
- Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines within the three branches.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all support departments.

Job Title: Head, Retail Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Implement effective sales management processes to follow-up on sales leads and projects with each distribution.
- Manage product pricing in the market place.
- Identifies and evaluates partnership/distribution opportunities.
- Manage the ongoing relationship between the organization and participants within the value chain.
- Facilitate cooperation between partners included in the delivery of products to the end user.
- Develop detailed reports that offer quantifiable data to assist the sales, marketing and production departments.
- Oversee day to day channel operations in the markets.
- Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
- Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities.
- Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
- Work closely with the product and corporate marketing teams to support brand development.Any other duty that may be assigned by the AGM-Sales & Marketing.
