Sitredia Limited - Our client, an Agro Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Woji, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan finances and production to maintain the Company's progress against budget parameters.
• Collaborating with top management to prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Market the Company's products.
• Report supplies, needed by the Company.
• Keep financial records up to date
• Analyzing existing operations, staff, products, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
• Preparing plans and schedules for the Company activity circle ensuring staff understands expectations.
• Supervised weekly inventory for all sale shops and submitted report
• Manage any issues between the Company and any customer.
• Planning to make sure that orders are met.
• Responding to emergencies and solving problems effectively.
• Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in the Agro sector.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Visit the different branches for inspection and performance monitoring.
• Handling the marketing and sale of company products.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
• Arrange the maintenance/repair of the Company property, equipment, and machinery.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of production and sales.
• Understand the implications of the weather on the products and make contingency plans.
• Ensure that the Company activities comply with government regulations
• Apply health and safety standards across the Company.

Skills:

• Proximity to Woji, Port Harcourt isan advantage.
• Good use of the computer (Word and Excel).
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional networks and keep abreast of developments in the Agro sector.
• Detail-oriented but also keep the bigger picture in mind.
• Work management experience would be a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
