Job Title: Telesales Agent / Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes
• Providing information to customers
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
• Updating customer details.
• Monitoring sales performance
• Closing sales deals

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

• OND / HND qualification
• 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Nice grooming & dress sense
• Must have a strong drive for sales and be able to engage High Net Worth Individuals.
• Good communication skills and positive drive towards sales
• Excellent verbal communication

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: N40,000 Monthly
• Performance Bonus: N40,000 Monthly.
