Job Title: Technical Supervisor (Production Machine Maintenance)
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: the Managing Director

Job Description

• You will ensure the maintenance of all machines in the factory.
• You will check, repair and service machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures.
• You will ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
• Your work typically involves:
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
  • Responding to breakdowns
  • Managing budgets
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Creating maintenance procedures
  • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
  • Diagnosing faults
  • Repairing equipment
  • Supervising engineering and technical staff
  • Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings

Education, Experience and Skills / Abilities

• A University Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering
• Relevant technical knowledge
• Problem-solving skills
• Efficiency and organisation
• Teamworking skills.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in injection machines
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
