Job Description

  • The Technical Assistant to PRINCIPAL/CEO/CHAIRMAN (P/C/C) is an independent professional dedicated to assisting the (P/C/C) in making decisions on important issues.
  • A major part of the role is to facilitate communication and coordination within the organizations and all external stakeholders. Mainly of an administrative nature but with commercial reflection.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the (P/C/C), the TA provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Prepares responses on key issues raised by the P/C/C related to day-to-day matters in the company
  • Monthly performance analysis for all staff and presentation of monthly performance summary.
  • Training needs assessment for all staff in the group as well as identifying and proposing training for identified staff.
  • Responsible for all business and staff communication and records
  • Build the company’s image on social media through research, informative and creative content.
  • Assist the P/C/C to build and manage the business structure
  • Communicate directly and on behalf of the (P/C/C)
  • Participate in various meetings as required by the (P/C/C) preparation of briefing notes, reports, presentation packs, executive summaries, and outcome notes.
  • Respond to technical inquiries as appropriate, and present technical knowledge and information on projects and services. Undertakes research, investigation, and clarifications after meetings and follows up as needed.
  • Evaluate, review, and interpret technical inquiries, and be able to provide recommendations at the appropriate level to both existing and potential issues.
  • Organizes and coordinates external relations efforts on all matters pertaining to the (P/C/C).
  • Horizon Scanning – keeping a pulse on the industry, market, and competitors, and communicating on issues relating to the industry.
  • Serves as a liaison between the (P/C/C) and senior management teams.
  • Oversees special projects.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of a Second-class Degree in Estate Management or any other degree in the Real Estate field
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications, Performance Management and coordination with other departments within the organization and other external entities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Certification in related fields would be an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
