• MSc minimum of 5years active experience
• Must have NIA certification, must be an active member.
• Must have NIA/ARCON stamp/seal Requirements

• Must have NIA certification
• Must have NIA/ARCON stamp/seal
• Must be able to use AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD efficiently
• Age must be between 25-40years
• Must be active an member of NIA or ARCON
• Good leadership skill
• Must be influencial

• To oversee all architectural related issues
• To check/vet and seal all architectural drawings from juniorarchitects.
• To reachout to external Architects to work with the company
• To direct the affairs of the company in line with law and objectives of the professional bodies; NIA, ARCON etc
