Real Strikers Security Services Limited is a limited liability company, incorporated in 2005, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) CAP C20 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, with RC No:629202. It is licensed with a Grade A Security license, to provide security services of all kinds to both individuals, local and multinational corporate organizations in the private and public sectors of the economy.

Our services are delivered directly by our staff that interface directly with our clients in the various locations. For this reason, we have, over the years, evolved robust management practices that enable us to source young, competent, motivated and enthusiastic individuals with the right attitude to delight our highly esteemed clients who are the reasons for our being where we are today.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Direct and Develop Security roadmaps and Strategies to effectively manage risk.
• Respond to incidents.
• Develop and deploy a world-class security awareness culture.
• Develop and deploy State of the Art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard the organization’s personnel and assets, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Direct and implement effective security measures to protect personnels, stakeholders, customers, information, and asset across Real Strikers Security Services Limited locations under your supervision.
• Maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard the Organization
• Direct the development and implementation of Security policies, processes, and procedures for Real Strikers Security Services Limited locations under your Supervision.

Requirements

• HND qualification
• 4  - 5 years experience
