Lorache Group - Our client, a multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) firm, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Shift Engineer (Pharmaceutical) Location: Minna, Niger Principal Accountabilities/Overall Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction for QMS activity within Engineering function
  • Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted engineering services for Production
  • Weekly Maintenance of equipment’s as per preventive maintenance plan.
  • To ensure minimum equipment breakdown for smooth production operations.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly report preparation & submission.
  • Ensure prompt attendance to alert from all departments and also CAPA implementation for same.
  • Cost control by root cause analysis of Breakdowns to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Responsible for efficient generation and distribution of Utilities such as Electricity, Water, Steam, Water, Compressed Air, Chilled water, Hot water, Cooling water, etc.
  • Responsible for preparation of effective preventative and predictive maintenance programme and ensuring that it is carried out in totality.
  • Discipline in the Engineering function
  • Training to Staff as per plan and reviewing the same
Qualifications
  • B. Eng/HND qualification.
Experience:
  • Relevant Post NYSC experience.
Competencies Required:
  • Any of the above with knowledge in designated area in engineering.
      Job Title: Area Sales Manager/OTC Location: Abia Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Driving and achieving Sales and Collections Target
  • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
  • Developing new Customers and recruiting Dealers
  • Develop efficient and creative sales for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
  • Customer Service and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum experience of five years in Supervisory Role
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense and understanding of OTC/FMCG Industry in Nigeria
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel and Power Point
  • Aggressive Sales Guy
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
