Employment Type: Contract (Based on Commission)
Role Summary
- We are presently recruiting sales and marketing representative to fill the role of sales and marketing personnel; the ideal candidate would market the unique services of the organisation.
- These sales representatives have the responsibility of managing medium sized client portfolio; increase this portfolio and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within it customer and clientele groups.
- Sales Personnel are expected to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers and take part in regular business reviews, ensuring that trade activities are executed expertly and support the overall business objectives
Responsibility
- Collaborates with the Business Development Manager in increasing sales and securing the most realistic sales goals and objective
- Engage in the market survey to understand market trends and competitor
- Assist in innovative ideas to help promote sales.
- Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
- Responsible to increase sales and marketing revenues and meet the corporate goals of the organisation.
- Continuously improve sales of our products and services.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the Companies products and services.
- Developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potentials.
Educational Qualification
- Required University degree or its equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of over 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Additional functional experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing and/or finance is an advantage
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Business-related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about sales and must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve sales plan
- Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage a business.
- Must have exceptional negotiating skill.
Payment Style
- You get a mouth-watering percentage of every business transaction you bring in.
- You won’t be based on monthly target, your sales are at your own discretion, based on how much money you want to make.
- You will be paid immediately the contract you bring in clicks, you won’t have to wait till months’ end to get paid.
