Careclick continues to pioneer and provide a whole range of Telehealth equipment and technologies that provide consultation and support our subscribers all through their entire patient experience including applications, devices, carts, kiosks and other specialized innovative medical devices.

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • CareClick is in need of resourceful Sales Executive to implement growth opportunities in new markets. We are searching for individuals that can create long term value for the organization, who understands sales, especially with experience in the healthcare industry and can capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We are looking for individuals who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the challenging needs of his clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the BD & Sales team to grow the business of the organization amongst a selected segment of our market.
  • To sell all CareClick’s product lines and generate revenue for the business
  • Demonstrate activity against the Key Performance Measures each month in line with individual targets.
  • To work with senior team members to identify and manage opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain fruitful relationship with clients of the company and address their needs effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to sign up at a targeted number of corporate clients monthly on board the CareClick platform.
  • Provide weekly activity report to management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or HND Degree in the Social Science or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales with proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.

Required Competencies:

  • Be highly motivated and able to demonstrate good planning and organizational skills.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and above all customer service skills.
  • Display the ability to work under pressure to meet tight and often changing deadlines.
  • High attention to details and a focus on fact-based decision making
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Interest in Technology is beneficial.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic, championing our company values.
  • Possess IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel and in web-based research.
  • Have an innovative approach to problem solving, and a flexible approach to working.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly (excluding commissions and commensurate with level of experience)
