Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description

  • We require the services of an experienced, resourceful, and agile Sales Manager for our sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Deliver the monthly sales targets for his territory.
  • Achieve availability of our products at the Distributors’ outlets.
  • Supervise, coach, and train his team on the job to better sell and merchandise our products.
  • Liaising with management and customers for effective delivery of our products.
  • Responsible for Distributor management and effective use of allocated resources.
  • Identify, create and execute opportunities with Distributors to increase sell-in/sell-out.
  • Effectively manage the resources allocated for Sales operations of his assigned territory.
  • Ensure optimization of team effort towards the achievement of territory objective.

Qualifications

  • First Degree (HND / BSc) in Agriculture, Agric Engineering, Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Experience in Agro-Allied Industry
  • Exerting personal influence for initiating action steps and execution of plans.
  • Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
  • Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
  • Honest, Diligent, Punctual and Calm Personality
  • Smart and Hardworking.
  • Experience in Business and Marketing
  • Marketing, Business and/or Agro Processing Training and Certification will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS WORD (especially Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in Information tracking, Sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentation.
