  • We are Looking actively IT Sales executive who can join us immediately and ready to work under targets. We are IT/Web development organization and we offer Mobile Apps and Web applications to our clients worldwide. We are based in the India & United States and looking for a core sales executive to expand our business by adding more sales. This Job is remote working (No office location) you can work from own place.
Responsibilities
  • Should have strong grip in taking payments from client and software deliveries
  • Would be responsible for helping customers in placing orders and with helping to purchase and deliver their orders
  • Ensures customers receive their orders, generate invoices, delivery notes and completes purchase reviews for all customers
  • Must be a good presenter on behalf of the company
  • Would be responsible for handling all customer related queries and issues
  • Can generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Quick learner and leadership quality
  • Reporting to the manager with daily emails and Weekly Skype calls
  • Can plan new sales strategy and implement them for more sales
  • Responsible for all online or offline sales
Key Requirement (only apply if meeting these criteria)
  • Must have sales experience meeting sales targets of at least 1-2M NGN monthly in software selling to clients- prior experience in Software is preferred but not mandatory
  • Candidate must be familiar in creating proposals, Business plans
  • Must have good knowledge of websites and mobile apps
  • Open and ready to work on our other products
  • Must be multitasking
  • Must be able to commit to the role for full time without any side hustle
  • Must be based in Lagos and able to travel across Nigeria for sales

Qualifications
  • Experience with software and software sales- ideally has managed sales targets over 1-2M NGN/month
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and other data analytic tools in creating detailed reports and presentations for the purpose of synthesizing insights from data and making improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and management understanding of customer engagement
  • Resident in Lagos but also familiar with the following areas in Lagos- Island, VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah as well as other major cities in Nigeria
  • Minimum HND/Bachelors degree
  • Less than 30 years old
  • Able to develop sales proposals and initiate and close enterprise sales
  • Committed to making virtual meetings with line management
  • Entrepreneurial with strong presentation, communication, report writing and analytic skills
  • Attention to detail and able to follow instructions to letter
  • Reliable and honest
  • 1-3 years experience with ecommerce and software platform products and getting new users to adopt new and especially internet technology. Work experience with Nigerian based ecommerce platforms and software company is required
Compensation & Contract
  • Basic Salary of 20,000 - 40,000NGN/month in first 3 months of probation. Up to 150K NGN/Month on confirmation
  • This is a pressure role with sales target of at least 1-2M NGN/month and you need to be meeting these to remain in this role month to month
  • Extra commissions of 10% on Sales worth more than 50K NGN/month
  • A 3-month contract on probation- FT offer contingent on performance with an increase in basic salary
