Job Title: Associate Systems Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Summary
- The role is critical to our Partners business success as the individual will be an extension of our Clients support teams. The role will require the individual to perform technical and operational role for the sites managed by our organization.
- The candidate will have the chance to multitask & get exposure to many technologies including Networking, VMWare/Hyper-V, Backup & Disaster recovery, Cloud environment, Security, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Patching etc.
- They will also be exposed to ITSM/PSA tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow etc. Exposure to working with 3rd party vendors will be an add-on to their profile.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Become the Technical/ Operations advisor for our Partner.
- Converse with the Partner and their members on a day to day basis.
- Coordinate with various depts. in the NOC, Managed Services and Partner teams and coordinate/escalate as necessary.
- Utilize tools that would facilitate coordination with NOC - IT Support Portal, PSA Access, Office 365, Skype, Slack G-Suites, IBM Connections or any other tools.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the sites allotted for by the Partner.
- Resolving technical issues and other problems that may arise.
- Work with other partners/tools that the Partner uses for any support/escalations.
- Client interactions.
- Vendor and ISP management.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working as a Technical Support Engineer
- Flexible to work in in 24/7 environment.
Required Skills:
- Administration and maintenance of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Administration and maintenance of O365 email service, ADFS and AD-Connect.
- Active Directory maintenance & management, clean-up.
- Administration and maintenance of Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013.
- Administration and maintenance of MS SQL
- Administration and maintenance of DNS, DHCP.
- Administration and maintenance of different Backup Solutions.
- Antivirus and Patch Management on Multiple Networks. Basic Networking.
- Responsible for Business continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning.
Other Skill Set:
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Passion for providing exceptional service to customers
- Basic Knowledge of Outlook and Office programs
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

At least one of the following industry certifications is required:
- Microsoft Server/ Cloud - MCSA/MCSE
- MCITP
- AWS Architect

- CISCO Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP).

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description
- This role seeks to meet ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- The Individual will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Participate in trade shows and conventions;
- Reach out to set of leads in specific verticals and qualify them;
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well;
- Follow-up for collection of payments;
- Implement the company’s marketing plans as required
- Collaboration and help define business approach with Sales Specialists in your team.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services;
- Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals;
- Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our cloud solutions and appropriately set expectations;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and technical service groups;
- Develop and deliver custom presentations on our Cloud Enterprise solutions;
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets;
- Prioritize and qualify incoming leads from different sources: Website, Call sales Number; Chat, Physical and Online Events;
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience selling Enterprise Messaging Solutions is required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Insightful, can suggest and implement changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experience.
- Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English. Be able to articulate when under pressure
- B.Sc - Minimum qualification
- Technical Sales experience is an added advantage
- Sales experience with very good understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products and/or Microsoft O365/Azure
