PalmPay is an Africa-focused fintech firm, launched in 2019. PalmPay is a mobile payments platform that offers a number of financial services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Sales Admin Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job type: Contracted
Level: Mid Career

Responsibilities

  • Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
  • Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals.
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Does any necessary administrative work which includes presenting sales team with necessary documents.
  • Liaising with other departments on administrative support matters of mutual importance.
  • Performing research toward identifying potential sales agents and leads.
  • Coordinate documentation work for newly activated sales agents.
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to Head Office sales admin support.
  • Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
  • Updates all contact details / information for the sales team.
  • Perform varieties of administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in Admin / HR
  • Knowledge of excel is an added advantage.
