About The Role

  • Embark on a rewarding journey as the Regional Reward Manager with Reckitt. Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded.

Your Responsibilities

  • End to end Compensation and Benefits support for South Africa, Developing Markets Southern Africa, Nigeria and Kenya
  • Annual Salary benchmarking through Mercer and any other relevant providers
  • Annual Pay Range Setting and ad-hoc benchmarking.
  • Mid-Year review - gap analysis with recommendations
  • Monitor best practices across all aspects of Benefits and Remuneration Africa
  • Support the Local HR Teams on delivery of the reward strategy
  • Manage end to end Variable Pay (APP Bonus) processes annually guide and support HR teams.
  • Benefits Management changes
  • Manage LTiP for Africa in partnership with External Service Provider and CoE
  • Develop and maintain Country Matrixes
  • Review banding requests and perform job banding reviews.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports related to reward.
  • Facilitate exceptions with Regional Rewards
  • Project Manage Reward activities i.e Medical Aid changes
  • Approve offers within the reward framework.
  • Adhoc data audits with HR teams
  • Guide HR members on Reward Policies and monitor compliance to the policies.

Requirements

  • HR Degree minimum requirement
  • Compensation qualification i.e World at Work/SARA GRP or Emergence Growth - advantage
  • Experience in Benefit Management
  • Good understanding of Drafting Policies
  • Good understanding of Legislation in relation to Compensation and Benefits
  • Global Compensation Policies and practices - advantage
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience within FMCG or similar Industry
  • Multinational experience - advantage.
