Job Description
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND
  • Minimum of a one (1) year administrative experience
  • Must have an excellent communication skill

Job Description
  • Develop creative strategies to stimulate target population
  • Translate brand strategies into plans and positioning for target market
  • Analyze the company's brand positioning in the market, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising activities that align with the brand's direction
  • Research, monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, consumer markets and keep a close eye on competitive products and services in the market
  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
  • Build a following for brand on social media with creative work
  • Develop and create content for print, digital media, or product descriptions

  • Engage in cold calling to generate sales leads

  • Liaise with the inventory unit to check progress of supply

  • Source for clients online
  • Revert customer feedback to the Supervisor/Customer Care Unit
  • Receive walk-in customers, identify client needs and attend to all inquiries
  • Provide accurate information concerning products and service offerings
  • Manage product orders and deliveries
  • Ensure products are adequately stocked
