We are recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Sales Development Representative Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Manage and drive application starts and submit all leads on Salesforce dashboard.
  • Provide the recruitment representative with detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with the Regional Recruitment Representative to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Assist the Recruitment Representative on assigned administrative tasks.
  • Conduct discussions with prospects over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales lead qualification goals, application starts and submission goals.
  • Update and maintain prospective client’s information within SalesForce App
Requirement
  • Must have worked as a call center personnel and in a sales capacity.
