Job Summary
- As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for developing strategies to hit or exceed sales / income targets, regardless of the size of the outlet or products offered as well as spearheading the growth of the business.
Typical Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Head of Business and Corporate Communications team in the planning and implementing of growth (marketing/sales) strategies that will aid the penetration of new markets and increase in revenue
- Seek and exploit opportunities to improve profitability and brand awareness
- Ensure the meeting and exceeding of all sales and revenue targets as set out by the Organization in relation to the profitability of the Organization
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with Trade Partners to ensure continuous delivery of services to them
- Developing expertise of our market by deepening customers/ businesses and requirements via each engagement.
Qualification & Experience

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Smmary
- As an Account Manager, you are responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, service, product expansion, account implementation and customer support.
Typical Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin
- Participate in sales presentation to describe account management process and assist in bid process for preferred vendor when requested
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization
- Share information with fellow Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management
- Ensure all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account can be made by simply reading the client file.
Qualification & Experience

Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Responsible for mapping out travel arrangements for corporate bodies, travel agencies and individuals.
- These include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms.
- The Travel Consultant is to also help clients ensure their visas and work permits are up to date for the locations they need to travel.
Typical Responsibilities
- Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
- Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
- Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs
- Follow the company’s procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of: making travel arrangements, building Passenger Name Records (PNR's) and profiles.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by Finchglow Travels.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant / Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS; with Amadeus certification.
- Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tact.
- Excellent Communication skills.

Job Title: Chief Cabin Crew Instructor
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- As a Chief Cabin Crew Instructor, you are to lead, manage and develop the faculty to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities
- You will be supported by the Subject heads and colleagues from within the faculty and central services.
Typical Responsibilities
- Contributing to management decisions on all aspects of policy formulation, development and implementation

- Excellent working knowledge of Operations, Procedures and Operations Manuals and the NCAA regulatory requirements
- A valid ICAO TIC 1 & 2 certificates.
