Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Recruitment / Admin Assistant

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract

Description

  • The Recruitment/Admin Assistant is a member of the Organisation
  • The Recruitment/Admin Assistant reports to the General Manager, who is responsible for the performance appraisal and development plan of the Recruitment/Admin Assistant
  • The Recruitment/Admin Assistant maintains a good relationship with the other employees at the base
  • All HR/EA’s from the business units liaise with the Recruitment/Admin Assistant.

Duties

  • Assist the GM with Recruitment process and Personnel Admin.
  • Help develop a functional and visible Personnel Document for the Company
  • Provide logistics support to visiting staff and clients, transport/accommodation where necessary; requirements may include visa applications, immunisation checking and control
  • Liaise with external Accountant who offer payroll services to the Company
  • Where necessary allocate cheques/cash against invoices
  • Responsible for the office petty cash
  • Manage and submit expense report for GM
  • Responsible for sending Month End Report to the CFO on a monthly basis.
  • Help maintain database of the Company’s resumes for supply to Clients
  • Check incoming CV’s (from Rigzone/Oil Careers Websites)
  • Reformat chosen CV’s into Company format for submission to Clients
  • Process all new starters and leavers, including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments
  • Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contacts
  • Undertake general office duties (stationery ordering, printing, purchasing new equipment etc)
  • Answering the GM’s telephone in GM’s absence.
