  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for our client’s employee and human resource management
  • They shall be vast in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and performance management.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain large scale complex enterprise, including, but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluating the enterprise activities
  • Actively manage key customer relationships within their business areas ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Provide summarized status for all enterprise activities to the executive team, including updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies
  • Advise leadership and participate in program/project, status, risks, and resource planning for strategic initiatives
  • Plan and implement systems regular maintenance
  • Liaise with Federal, State and Local agencies to ensure smooth relationship
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the enterprise management methodology, processes and policies in order to maximize the benefits and minimize losses
  • Work with senior leadership to define, monitor and reinforce safety culture, norms and operating practices.
Requirements
  • HND / Bachelor's Degree or graduate Degree
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in large enterprise initiatives
  • Must have demonstrated meaningful experience with and a passion for customer service
  • Exceptional ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all types of stakeholders and senior management
  • Ability to balance the drive for uninterrupted business growth with necessary processes and procedures
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve problems, and be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with:
  • Considerable experience in multinational engineering companies, power distribution companies, industrial manufacturing companies, telecom industries, banks and financial services companies.
  • Electrical or Industrial Engineering or technology related field.

    Job Title: Assistant Systems Manager (ASM) Location: Any City, Nigeria Overview
  • The Assistant Systems Manager will be responsible for managing large scale, complex, and enterprise activities utilizing our client’s system management methodology
  • They will also be responsible for delivering results aligned with the business’s requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities
