Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Location: Any City, Nigeria
Overview
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for our client’s employee and human resource management
- They shall be vast in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain large scale complex enterprise, including, but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluating the enterprise activities
- Actively manage key customer relationships within their business areas ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Provide summarized status for all enterprise activities to the executive team, including updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies
- Advise leadership and participate in program/project, status, risks, and resource planning for strategic initiatives
- Plan and implement systems regular maintenance
- Liaise with Federal, State and Local agencies to ensure smooth relationship
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the enterprise management methodology, processes and policies in order to maximize the benefits and minimize losses
- Work with senior leadership to define, monitor and reinforce safety culture, norms and operating practices.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree or graduate Degree
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in large enterprise initiatives
- Must have demonstrated meaningful experience with and a passion for customer service
- Exceptional ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all types of stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to balance the drive for uninterrupted business growth with necessary processes and procedures
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems, and be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Preference will be given to applicants with:
- Considerable experience in multinational engineering companies, power distribution companies, industrial manufacturing companies, telecom industries, banks and financial services companies.
- Electrical or Industrial Engineering or technology related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Job Title: Assistant Systems Manager (ASM)

- The Assistant Systems Manager will be responsible for managing large scale, complex, and enterprise activities utilizing our client’s system management methodology
- They will also be responsible for delivering results aligned with the business’s requirements and priorities.

- Manage and maintain large scale complex enterprise, including, but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluating the enterprise activities
