Some Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare installation quotations.
- Attend to all product and service inquiries by both potential and existing clients.
- Document and maintain up-to-date records such as customer
account information, customer feedback, maintenance feedback,
sub-contractor records, project files, maintenance records, etc.
- Analyze the customer’s needs and collect customer’s information in order to recommend products & services to improve sales.
- Initiate required action for response to customer service

appropriate personnel/departments and ensure prompt feedback.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the
customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting
and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Some Duties and Responsibilities

including land and other third party channels who can provide access to
JV and investment opportunities.
- Develop relationships with providers of capital including both equity and debt to provide financing for transactions.
- Create project schedules and manage all aspects of projects to achieve deadlines.
- Review design concepts and drawings for Real Estate Projects and provide feedback.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
