Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all digital channels for the subsidiaries, creating advertising campaigns on promotions and generating leads while improving traffic to websites and other digital channels.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the digital media marketing strategy for each subsidiary focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Execution of social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.) for each subsidiary.
- Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive the target audience to our sites and generate leads for each subsidiary.
- Engaging with our target audiences by sharing content, finding ways to grow the social platforms followership, and improve overall engagement with each subsidiary.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Communications.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients.
- Conversant with Social/Digital Media platforms
- Indebt experience with website analytic tools.
- Proficient knowledge of all social media channels and other digital tools.

Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention, service, product expansion, account implementation and customer support.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
- Participate in sales presentation to describe account management process and assist in bid process for preferred vendor when requested.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization.
- Share information with fellow Account Managers and Team Leaders to ensure a united, consistent and professional approach to client account management.
Qualification & Experience
- First Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated involvement working in supervisory role.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to collect, track and analyze data with a purpose of identifying industry trends, product knowledge and other ideal leads.

Job Title: Sales Support Analyst
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- The Sales Support Analyst supports the Sales Department by reviewing the Request for Proposal from the sales team to evaluate the product, service costs, and retail pricing to ensure the business will be profitable for the company and competitive in the marketplace.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Provide daily comprehensive support for sales staff, including filing the necessary paperwork, and RFP.
- Communicate frequently with sales account managers, and executives to develop and implement new methods and procedures for increasing sales, promoting brand awareness, encouraging customer loyalty, and expanding market territory.
- Engage with customers daily to answer questions, resolve complaints, handle sales escalations, initiate follow-up on leads, and set up new accounts.
Qualification & Experience
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated involvement working in direct sales
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with RFP and CRM
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
