Due to the result of strategic repositioning and business expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Supply Chain Manager/Officer Location: Port Harcourt. Job Descriptions

  • Source for materials from local and international market
  • Managing complete warehouse operations such as receiving goods, storage, documentation, systems implementation and inside/outside movement of goods and materials Cataloging.
  • Plans, supervises and controls the materials control activities and material control staff, as well as upstream and down-stream warehouses, to ensure optimum availability of materials through the stock control system.
  • Review pre-qualification dossier of additional vendors, perform technical qualification audit of new vendors and sub- vendors for inclusion in the Project AVL (Approved Vendors List).
Academic Qualification
  • Minimum of first Degree/HND in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management
  • Any professional qualification will be added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in related function within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Must have experience on how to source for materials at the local and international market.

  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated areas of operations.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
  • Arrange and carry out product training.
  • Prepare reports for Technical Director and keep customer records.
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Academic Qualification
  • Minimum of first Degree/HND in Engineering.
  • Any professional qualification will be an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in related function within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proven work experience as Sales Engineer
